been living 5days of super healthy lifestyle . . . seriously so not me
woke up 8.30 . uncle shouted my name from dining room .
then i brushed my teeth and sit beside him for breakfast .
the meals in this house are for old folks .
they go wholesome , tasteless and hulky ( green la )


reached office by 10 . then i will have my lunch at other houses .
but most of the time , i will skip or eat out again ! heheh
5 days till now only ate 1 lunch at home .
I HAVE NOT BEEN SMOKING FOR THESE FEW DAYS .
WOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!
it feels damn cranky having not able to smoke freely .

i would shop int he morning and fish at night till the dawn !
my area is surrounded by waters . those sea mix with fresh water .
so its loaded with fishes ! 2 sticks on hand ! fishing rod and my beloved sampoerna !
as for drinking , make it for weekends luh . .
my poo dont smell martell anymore . i think its cool luhhhhhhhhhhhhh ..

i have little hairfall now XD so its chance !
i wanted something like sze toh . ash brown as base then go gold highlight .

uncle bought a crate of giant oranges .
its really massive . size of grapefruits .
not bad . the taste of arange shouldn't be too sweet . oranges are meant to be sweet and sour !!
if u asked : these oranges sweet not? . means u have nv been educated before .
real oranges are sunkist ! or soekissed is even better XP heheh .
i will have 2 to 3 a day . morning i will eat whole . juice to go with dinner ~
